Dr. Cristello enjoys participating in a variety of scholarly activities within the Brooks Rehabilitation system. She serves as a mentor for abstract development, assists with participant recruitment, and contributes in the form of training and mentoring on several topics including psychologically informed practice, and patient reported outcome measures. Dr. Cristello has led as the coordinator of the Brooks/UNF OMPT Fellowship for 4 years. Additionally she serves as faculty member of the Brooks/UNF Orthopaedic Residency. Prior to joining as faculty within the Brooks IHL, Dr. Cristello was an adjunct professor in the DPT program for the University of North Florida.
Dr. Cristello received her Bachelor In Health Science from the University of Florida in 2004. She received her DPT in 2007 from Arcadia University.
Dr. Cristello is an active member of the FPTA, APTA, and AAOMPT. She is currently serving as a member of the ABPTRFE standards committee. Additionally, she is an active participant within AAOMPT’s program director special interest group and a member of the conference committee.
