Pre Professional Observation Students
Pre-professional observation opportunities are available for students to obtain hours shadowing a Brooks Rehabilitation Therapist or Nurse. Hours are provided to students who would like to gain exposure to their field of interest or to fulfill academic institution admission requirements. At this time, a COVID-19 vaccination is required.

What to Know
Submitting Your Application
The required Observation Student Compliance Packet must be completed and uploaded to your application. Completed packets will not be accepted via email. Failure to upload and submit the compliance packet will result in your application being denied. At this time, a COVID vaccination is required, and if you are requesting to observe between November 1st and March 31st verification of receiving the flu shot is required.
If you do not show up or formally cancel an observation experience that you have signed up for, you will not be permitted to reschedule or observe at any Brooks Rehabilitation location; If you’ve already signed up for another date/location, it will be terminated.
What To Expect After You Submit An Application
Observation opportunities are assigned on a first come, first serve basis. Availability is limited in each site and placement is not guaranteed. After an application is received, the scheduling process will begin. If your request can be accommodated, you will receive email notification within a two week period.
