Course Objectives:

• Discuss benefits of becoming a fieldwork educator (FWE)
• Understand the regulatory parameters (ACOTE) in which FW experiences must occur
• Understand how to evaluate a student using the FWPE
• Learn techniques for giving feedback
• Facilitate learning of better knowledge of ourselves and our teaching styles
• Understand how level II partnerships can blossom into capstone experiences that further benefit your organization
