Dr. Neal Covas is a Board Certified Neurologic Clinical Specialist and graduate of the Brooks Rehabilitation Institute of Health Professions Neurologic Residency. He was born in Los Angeles and raised in the Panhandle of Florida, and worked with the US Paralympics prior to becoming a physical therapist. He is currently a clinician, researcher, and clinical specialist within UF Health. He has experience within the acute, acute rehabilitation, home health, specialty programs, and outpatient care settings, with the majority of his work and passions in the outpatient setting. He is currently working within a specialty program that serves veterans and first responders with mild to moderate traumatic brain injuries.
