Dr. Sheila Nowlin is currently employed as the Manager of the Orange Park Outpatient Clinic. Dr. Nowlin specializes in Orthopaedic physical therapy with a focus on manual therapy. She graduated from the University of St. Augustine with her Doctorate of Physical Therapy and has completed advanced training in orthopedics through the Brooks/UNF Orthopedic Residency and Manual Therapy Fellowship programs.
