The Brooks IHL provides over 40 post-professional continuing education courses for rehabilitation practitioners. Course offerings are available in a wide variety of specialty areas including, but not limited to, Orthopaedics, Neurology, Women's Health, and Geriatrics. Our faculty consists of both nationally renowned experts from around the country, as well as nationally recognized clinical experts that currently practice at Brooks Rehabilitation. It will also include pertinent case studies and clinical scenarios that have been carefully selected by the instructor in an effort to highlight specific clinically relevant points of the history-taking and physical examination.

Time: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PMLocation: Brooks Rehabilitation Hospital Assembly 1&2This two-day seminar will provide the clinician with current evidence on the epidemiology, etiology and management of the most frequently encountered shoulder pathologies. Management strategies will be discussed in an interactive lab session, which will include: Assessment of soft tissue mobility, scapular stabilization and facilitation training, dynamic stabilization training, and therapeutic exercise for the shoulder girdle.
